    ARE DONATIONS ACCEPTED? Unfortunately, the answer is, NO.

        Fortunately, we have been able to serve as a hub for all those uniquely capable needing #UNPAIRS or #UNMATCHEDPAIRS.  🌟


        We are working on a sustainable model of business that will allow us to continue to serve without the shipping of so much inventory back and forth. We will keep you posted on how this progresses.  However, for now, we will continue with our online offering and will not be accepting any additional donations. 


        We are so grateful to all of you and inspired by your wonderful and generous spirit!

    HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? CAN SHIPPING BE EXPEDITED?

        Shipping depends on item size and weight and is automatically calculated at checkout.


        Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, Military APO/FPO or international addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

        YES!


        We are physically located in Natchez, Mississippi, in the continental United States of America. We are happy to be able to now offer some of our items to international customers! 🙌🏽


        If you wish to complete a purchase and have it shipped beyond the United States and its territories, please complete the "Get In Touch" form below.  We will happy to reach out to you!

    DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESES?

        Shipments can be sent to both PO boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

    WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

        Due to high shipping costs, we don't typically accept returns on sold items. 


        However, if you are unhappy with your purchase or have received an item in error, please complete the "Get In Touch" form below and allow us the opportunity to make it right!
