    ARE DONATIONS ACCEPTED?

        Donations have officially been closed for the summer!



        Because of the beautiful generosity of people like you, we have been able to serve as a hub for all those uniquely capable needing #UNPAIRS or #UNMATCHEDPAIRS.  πŸŒŸ



        We are now in the process of renewing our inventory and getting as much of our backstock on the shelves as possible.  Therefore, we ware suspending donations until September 1, 2024.



        At that time, we will send out an announcement to update you all.

    HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? CAN SHIPPING BE EXPEDITED?

        Shipping depends on item size and weight and is automatically calculated at checkout.


        Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, Military APO/FPO or international addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

    DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

        YES!


        We are physically located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in the continental United States of America. We are happy to be able to now offer some of our items to international customers! πŸ™ŒπŸ½

    DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESES?

        Shipments can be sent to both PO boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

    WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

        We don't typically accept returns on sold items. 


        However, if you are unhappy with your purchase or have received an item in error, please complete the "Get In Touch" form below and allow us the opportunity to make it right!
